The Hipodromo Women’s Year-End Assembly was successfully held on December 20, 2025 at the Hipodromo Gym, attended by Punong Barangay Dondon Bacolod, the Barangay Council, and GAD Focal Person Ms. Elen Paller.

The activity was filled with fellowship, gratitude, and celebration as we honored the invaluable role of women—ang mga ilaw sa matag panimalay—who continue to inspire strength, care, and unity in our community.
