The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Hipodromo proudly announces a milestone worth celebrating! After 7 years since the re-establishment of the SK, we are finally blessed with a fully functioning SK Office.
Though the space may be modest, it represents a meaningful beginning—a place filled with hope, service, and commitment for the youth of Barangay Hipodromo. This milestone is not only for today but also for the future SK administrations, as we continue to strengthen the foundation of youth leadership and service in our barangay.
The SK Office Blessing was successfully held last December 14, 2025. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our KK Officers and members for their unwavering support during the launching of the Hipodromo SK Office.
