Brgy. Hipodromo, Cebu City successfully conducted Operation Tuli, spearheaded by Kapitan Ruperto “Dondon” Bacolod, Konsehal Jeason Palamos Soliva, and the Barangay Council, in partnership with the Cebu City Health Department.
This community health initiative aims to promote proper hygiene and personal health care among young boys, providing safe and professional circumcision services free of charge.
