On September 15, 2025, Barangay Hipodromo held its Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) Meeting, presided over by Hon. Earol John A. Torres, Chairperson of the Committee on Peace and Order.
The session gathered council members, representatives from various sectors, and partner agencies — including the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Cebu City, represented by LGOO VI Janice D. Contado.
The meeting provided updates on ongoing safety and security programs and served as a venue for stakeholders to raise concerns for the council’s action.
