Must be a resident or registered voter of Barangay Hipodromo
Open to individuals 18 years old and above
Qualifications (any of the following):
Senior High Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college with 1 year international BPO experience
At least 3 months BPO experience
Open to those with no BPO experience
Workshop Topics:
Introduction to the BPO Industry
Communication & Customer Service Skills
Resume Writing + Interview Techniques
Workplace Expectations & Career Growth
Snacks and lunch will be provided
Laptops available for workshop use
